About Me

I am a freelance non-fiction writer and author. My crime novel reflects my love of the traditional crime novel. Treated as Murder is set in Yorkshire, in 1931 and my heroine has suffered a nervous breakdown. She goes on to be directly involved in a spate of anonymous letters in the village and a murder. The role and the plight of women in this post WW1 era, fascinates me.

I work as a mentor at my local university. I am married to Brian and live in the Staffordshire Moorlands.
